摘要

The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)is a comprehensive,high-quality and mutually beneficial free trade pact involving market access commitments in sectors including trade in goods,trade in services,and investment.It will eliminate as much as 90 percent of tariffs on trade in goods between signatory nations,and its commitments on free trade in services are significantly higher than the former ASEAN-plus-one free trade agreements(FTAs).
