摘要

Rural garbage treatment highlights the different infrastructure supply and basic system between urban and rural areas in China, reflects the environmental injustice between urban and rural areas, and exposes the imbalance of resource allocation, the lack of decision-making process of rural garbage treatment and the unfair responsibility of farmers for garbage treatment. In order to prevent the occurrence of rural garbage pollution, we must implement the concept of environmental justice into the work of rural garbage treatment.
