摘要

Nanobiotechnology is a blend of biotechnology and nanotechnology.Nanotechnology,as a field,has been tapped into in recent years,in search of alternatives to overcome challenges associated with drug delivery.Various techniques have been put together in order to fabricate nanoparticles with improved therapeutic efficacy enhanced drug stability,specific targeting of the cells and controlled release inside the cell.This review tends to look at the concepts involved in nanobiotechnology,the application of nanobiotechnology in nanomedicine,diagnosis,cancer treatment and drug delivery approaches.
