The biological basis of longevity is not yet known to be and the prognosis of a long life is limited by biomarkers.The processes of gradual decrease in functional performance are still not fully understood.Aging is therefore interpreted ambivalently in the field and the REMAIN aging factors are a hotly disputed problem.There is still controversy over the interrelation between aging and disease,reflecting whether or not there is a disease.In essence,aging is a phenomenon that implies a greater risk of dying and/or decreases functionality with time,which is also reflected in organ and tissue levels.The replicatory senescence is defined as a permanent arrest of the cell cycle in replicating cells,mainly in vitro diploid.
