摘要

2020 is a year of important significance in the unfolding of human history:the COVID-19 outbreak has greatly accelerated the historical process of profound changes that had already gone in the depth.As the pandemic continues to spread,global politics is faced with still more risks and challenges,traditional security issues being compounded and intermingling with non-traditional ones.
