摘要

Native English Speaker Teacher(NEST)is the main practitioner of oral English classes in international partnership programs in mainland China;yet the efficiency of this practice remains unknown.This empirical research examined the classroom management skills of a NEST and a Non-Native English Speaker Teacher(NNEST)at a college international partnership program in Hunan Province.The findings of this study provided useful information for foreign teacher administration and oral teaching efficiency control in international partnership programs.
