摘要

Since September 2020,President Xi Jinping has reiterated to the world that China will achieve the goal to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,which reflects China's role as a great power in coping with global climate change and highlights China's determination to accelerate green and low-carbon development.
