摘要

Security cooperation is one of the three pillars of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and has always been a priority inthe SCO's cooperation. Over the past 20 years since its establishment,SCO security cooperation has achieved outstanding results and has become the cornerstone of mutual trust among member states and an important driving force for the SCO's sustainable development. At present, as major changes unseen in a century are compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic across the world, the international and regional security situation isundergoing profound and complex changes.
