摘要

Ⅰ.INTRODUCTION There are two articles in the Cybersecurity Law of China that explicitly mention’intellectual property’.The first is paragraph 2 of article 12:’Any individual or organization using the Internet should abide by the Constitution and laws,abide by public order,respect social morality,use the network to engage in activities…disturbing economic and social order,and infringing upon others'reputation,privacy,intellectual property,and other legitimate rights and interests’.
