Effect of Jianshen Lishui Decoction on C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of Jianshen Lishui decoction on C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin in patients with acute Cerebral Hemorrhage. Methods: 120 patients with acute spontaneous Cerebral Hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups: Control Group and the Observation Group. The Control Group was treated with routine Western medicine. The Observation Group was treated with Jianshen Lishui decoction on the basis of the Control Group. The observation period was 4 weeks, the changes of nerve function, C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin were observed before treatment and 3d, 7d, 14d and 4w after treatment. Results: After treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment, C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin decreased gradually with the time of treatment (3d-4w) , and the scores of neurologic impairment, C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin decreased gradually, there was no difference in the score of nerve function, C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin between the two groups (P>0.05) , the score of nerve function, C-reactive protein and Procalcitonin in the Observation Group were lower than those in the Control Group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jianshen Lishui decoction can improve the neurological function of patients with acute Cerebral Hemorrhage, reduce the expression of C-reactive protein, Procalcitonin.
