摘要

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, people rely more and more on electric energy, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid must improve the reliability and effectiveness of the power system communication network. Communication cable is power communication infrastructure, as well as the construction of smart grid, one of the modernization of enterprises, the basic task of the optical fiber cable line operation and maintenance work is to guarantee good line, equipment and facilities complete, ensure the quality of the transmission, prevention of barriers and obstacles as soon as possible, to ensure the smoothness of flow of electric power communication optical cable.
