摘要

The onset of the coronavirus disease has created a shortage of oxygen gadgets and medical ventilators worldwide. In the face of rising COVID-19 cases, countries have rushed to procure medical supplies, such as ventilators or high-pressure oxygen cylinders, in a bid to deal with the disease.
