摘要

Zeng Shiqiang is known as a master of Chinese management, whose management thought origin is based on 《the book of changes》 as the theoretical background and typical Chinese traditional management thought as the model. He realized the unity of practicality, artistry and philosophy. But there are limits to his thinking of Chinese Managment.
