摘要

The origin of SARS-CoV-2,the causative virus of COVID-19,has been a mys-tery since the beginning of the out-break and has been heavily debated lately.One of the main reasons for this is that RaTG13,the closest relative found to date[1](in the horseshoe bat Rhi-nolophus affinis),has only 96.1％nu-cleotide similarity to SARS-CoV-2(with～1200 nucleotide differences).
