长期以来,掌子面通风是矿井安全通风中难以解决的问题.为了得出最佳的局部通风方案,以云南某矿山掌子面作为研究对象,提出多种混合式局部通风方案,基于层次分析法(AHP),从技术效益、安全效益和经济效益三个方面选取9个评价指标,建立了掌子面通风效果评价指标的网络结构,对通风方案进行优化研究.研究结果表明:各评价指标权重值W=[0.2156,0.1189,0.0655,0.1078,0.0328,0.0595,0.2592,0.0919,0.0489],方案的相对优劣排序值C3<C1<C2<C5<C6<C4.排尘风速为0.4 m/s时为最优通风方案,通风效果最佳,综合权重为67.72%,各评价指标权重C4=[0.1198,0.0660,0.0364,0.1078,0.0328,0.0595,0.1739,0.0543,0.0268].优选方案为该矿山的生产提供了保障,作业面环境可达到预期效果,也为同等环境下的作业面通风研究提供了参考,具有一定社会价值.
