摘要

The construction sector is one of the three major areas of energy consumption in industry, transportation and construction, and its energy consumption and carbon emissions account for a significant proportion in the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the whole society. In recent years, large commercial complexes with more than 100,000 m2, complex functions and rich formats have been constructed in a large number of large and medium-sized cities, and their energy consumption and carbon emissions in the whole society have also increased year by year. At the beginning of 2022, the author conducted an energy consumption survey on some large commercial complex in Shanghai. This paper introduces the basic situation of the research project and the energy consumption data of the whole year in 2021, analyzes the characteristics of annual itemized energy consumption and the trend of monthly energy consumption and calculates the carbon emission intensity of the commercial complex.
