摘要

To reach the design parameter of CSR, vacuum system (≤3.5x10~(-9) Pa), besides the high requirement for quality of the material and vacuum sanitation of the vacuum cells, the seal function is the most important. All cells of vacuum system for CSR are limited by the situations and rooms of gap of magnets, radio frequency system, diagnostic devices and others, and must meet the assemble and disassemble requirements of every devices.
