摘要

Objective To appraise the testing value of AFP and AFU in the diagnosis of primaryhepatic cancer (PHC).Motheds The level of serum AFP and AFU were tested in 95 cases,39 of whichwith PHC,5 with metastatic cancer,51 with liver cirrhosis. Results The serum level of AFP and AFU inPHC patient group is significantly higher than in other two groups (P ＜ 0. 001 ). The sensitivity of AFPand AFU in the diagnosis of PHC is 74.36% and 69.23% respectively. The sensitivity of serum AFP andAFU is higher than that of single one (86.62%) Without singificance (P ＞ 0.25). Conclusion AFPand AFU are the serum tumor marker in the diagnosis of PHC. There is no significantly difference in sensitivity between the combined test and the single one of serum AFP and AFU.
