摘要

【正】 When George Soros visited China last year, somebody askedhim what the most deciding factor was when he do some invest-ment, he answered, "uncertainty". The disorder of market compe-tition will aggravate the uncertainty. China’s economy now is onthe transition period, to rectify and regulate market order and elimi-nate the uncertainty caused by contrived factors is of great im-portance to maintain a benign development of China’s economy.
