摘要

Objective To determine the therapeutic effects of Norcantharidin - Poloxamer 407 in intratumoral administration toprimary liver cancer. Methods Volumeter of tumor was surveyed before and after Norcantharidin - Poloxamer 407 and absolute ethanol wasinjected in respectively under B ulrasonic to 4 cases primary liver cancer patients who has two tumor which are same size. Result Theantitumor effects of Norcantharidin - Poloxamer 407 injected into liver neoplasm are similar to Percutaneous Ethanol Injection. ConclusionNorcantharidin - Poloxamer 407 is an effective drug for using in intratumorl administration.
