【正】 Wen JiabaoWen Jiabao was appointed premier of State Council, China’s cabinet at the sixth plenary meeting of the First Session of 10th NPC, following nomination by the president.A total of 2,940 deputies to the National People’s Congress (NPC), China’s top legislature, attended the meeting. They also voted upon all other members of the Central Military Commission of the People’s Republic of China following nomination by the chairman of the Central Military Commission.
