摘要

Anhui Province is located at the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Its provincial capital is Hefei and enjoys the same economic preferential policies as cities in coastal regions. In 1992, Wuhu city was also given the go ahead to provide foreign firms with preferential treatment in Anhui Province.
