【正】 The Ministry of Finance and SDRC jointly made public on Aug 29 the 20 charging items for automobiles. It pointed out that: in future, except stipulated by law, regulations and other forms by the State Council, no locality, governmental department or unit is allowed to publish any administrative charging policy, or governmental fund or governmental fund-raising items related to motor vehicles.
