Ischemic Preconditioning Effect of Protein Kinase C on the Hepatic Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury in the Rat

摘要

Objective :To check the protection of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) and investigate the involvement of PKC and its role in the process. Methods:On the model of rat liver subjected to ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury, protective effect of IPC and the results induced by DOG and PB that were injected into the superior mesentery vein were studied.Results: IPC and PKC prevented the increasing of ALT, AST and LDH in the blood and of LPO in the tissues vs. I/R (P<0.05), and maintained the high level of SOD in the tissue vs. I/R (P<0.05). PB can partly eliminate the protective effect of IPC. Conclusions: IPC has protective effect on the liver function, PKC plays an important role in this process.
