<正>In 1997, Diakonov, Petrov, and Polyakov, in the framework of the chiral soliton model, predicted an exotic baryon (?)+ with mass M ≈1.53 GeV, S = +1, spin 1/2 and isospin 0. However, the subject has been thrust to the fore- front during the past two years by the experimental discovery of an exotic baryon. The self energy of the (?)+ pentaquark shows that the in-medium renormalization of the pion in the two meson cloud of the (?)+ leads to a sizable attraction, which is enough to produce a large number of bound and narrow (?)+ states in nuclei. We extend the density dependent relativistic hadron field theory(DDRH) to study the EOS of hadron matter with inclusions of pentaquark (?)+. In mean field approximation, the energy density is
