【正】 According to an official of China’s StateDevelopment and Reform Commission,Chinashould greatly develop its secondary nonfer-rous metals industry so as to meet the growingshortage of the domestic mineral resources ledby the growing demand for nonferrous metals,and the nonferrous metals production increaseshould be mainly developed on the increase ofthe secondary nonferrous metals.
