Recent top-level personnel changes could be signaling the end of three years of restructuring and fund raising for Shanghai-headquartered Bankof Communications (BOC). Jiang Chaoliang, now deputy governor ofHubei, will take over from Yin Jieyan aschairman of the century-old bank.Retiring president Fang Chengguo will be replaced by his deputy Zhang Jianguo.
