摘要

Enterprises across China, both domestic and international, are having their operations come under closer environmental scrutiny. In November last year, for example, Asia Pulp & Paper （APP）, an Indonesian paper and pulp giant, filed a lawsuit against Zhejiang Hotels Association in East China. claiming the association had infringed upon the company's reputation.
