<正>SHANGHAI-BASED Fudan University, China's equivalent to Harvard, is taking tentative steps towards educational reform. Its aim is to make Fudan a world standard comprehensive university that nurtures and trains Chinese people of creative talent and makes them fit to compete within the global market.
