【正】An earthquake measuring 8.0 on the Richter scale hit Wenchuan of Sichuan Province, China at 14:28 on May 12. In terms of its destructive intensity, areas affected and difficulty in rescue, it has been the biggest earthquake ever occurred in China since the founding of the People’s Republic.
