摘要

Myocardial infarction(MI)is the leading cause of mortality and morbidity in modern society,stem cell transplantation provides a new way for the treatment of myocardial infarction.Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells is a pluripotent stem cell,which can be induced to differentiate into cardiomyocytes-like cells in vitro and in vivo.This provides a broad prospects on the effective treatment of myocardial infarction.The article is a review on mechanisms of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of cadiac diseases.
