【正】 A3-month rumor turned out to be true.Nov 10, China Ordnance EquipmentGroup Corp,parent of Chang’an Ato,and Aviation Industry Corp or China signedtheir restructuring agreement.Avic transferredits Changhe Auto,HFJ,Dong’an Power,Changhe Suzuki and Dong’an MITSUBISHI to Chang’an Group,in return for a 23 percent stake inthe new group,the remaining 77 percent stakebelongs to Ordnance Group.
