摘要

I.Introduction In the last decade,the number of papers and researches from legal scholars and theorists on the works of the Frebch philosopher Michel Foucault(1926—1984)has grown.Most of these approaches are concerned with the search for Foucaldian answers to substantial juridical questions,as the problem of power of punitive systems.
