摘要

<正>On Jan 19th,2011,without sunlight,the weather in Lhasa was bitterly cold.I went to the Forest Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region to present my application and then rushed back along the Lingkor Road.I wished my rapid pace could somehow warm me up and protect me against the cold.As today was the fifteenth day according to the Tibetan calendar,there were many Tibetans holding prayer beads and prayer wheels on their hands as I passed by.
