In the past several decades,research of chaotic phenomena has been extensively developed in various fields.[1-6] In particular,there has been a strong interest in electronic implementation of chaotic systems.[7,8] Recently,several integrated circuits for chaotic applications such as secure communication and neural systems have been reported.[9-11] Mostly,the voltage dependence of the chaotic dynamics in these circuits has been studied.[9,11] However,integrated circuits are highly sensitive to temperature.For chaotic applications,temperature-stable chaotic systems are required.Therefore,the temperature dependence on the chaotic dynamics of these circuits needs to be analyzed sufficiently.
