摘要

China is an ancient nation. Its lengthy fight for production and survival has bred an excellent national spirit,which has an influence on every aspect of society,the state system and the legal construction of China. This essay examines six features of the national spirit: from the perspective of ancient Chinese legal culture to illustrate the internal relationship and mutual relevance between the two,in order to adjust the psychological bias caused by blind westernization during the legislation of the late Qing Dynasty and also eliminate the illegal and immoral actions aimed at getting rid of the negative aspects of the market economy. Also,this paper tries to enhance the selfesteem,self-improvement and self-confidence of Chinese people in order to stimulate their potential to establish a rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
