摘要

After entering the 21 st century,under the influence of urbanization and industrial transformation,China’s industrial heritage protection is faced with enormous challenges.In the next 10 years,China’s urban planning will enter a turning period from increment planning to inventory planning.Among objects of effective land use,industrial use will stand in the breach,which pushes the industrial heritage to the crossroad of protection or non-protection.Therefore,it is essential to study how to effectively use industrial land under the premise of protecting industrial heritage value.In view of these issues,this paper presents some thoughts about how to protect cultural value of industrial heritage in the period of inventory planning.
