摘要:
为了对东北林蛙的人工养殖和深入研究提供基础的生理生化指标依据,试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳的方法,对其雌雄个体的血清蛋白进行分离、分析.结果表明:东北林蛙雌、雄个体分别分离出28条、30条谱带.在电泳迁移率为0.028,0.048,0.055,0.062,0.076,0.434,0.469,0.524,0.552位置处的9条谱带为雌性个体所特有,在电泳迁移率为0.021,0.038,0.050,0.059,0.070,0.390,0.420,0.460,0.480,0.516,0.567位置处的11条谱带为雄性个体所特有,在电泳迁移率为0.014,0.090,0.103,0.124,0.145,0.159,0.172,0.200,0.241,0.297,0.317,0.331,0.359,0.375,0.400,0.621,0.648,0.679,0.705位置处的19条谱带为雌雄个体所共有.东北林蛙雌雄个体之间血清蛋白谱带数、谱带分布和活性存在明显差异.
