摘要

Cerebral ischemia associated with acute aortic dissection is not common,it is hard to decide direction between nervous system and cardiovascular system.This paper reviws the mechanism of cerebral malperfusion caused by acute aortic dissection,introduces a number of methods that are helpful to diagnosis acute aortic dissection,emphasizes the importance of early diagnosis especially pre-hospital diagnosis,proposes portable echocardiography,and presents cureent situation and expectation.
