Nasal glioma is a rare congenital malformation in maxillofacial region.It is sluggish,benign,nontumorous and with low recurrence rate.It is important to evaluate whether there is any intracranial connection before the operation through CT or MRI to avoid the serious intracranial complications.We reported a case of a adult with a nasal glioma in sphenoid sinus,and discuss clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and pathology.
