摘要

To report a rare case of multiple primary carcinoma:laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma compli cated with splenic mantle cell lymphoma to improve the understanding of multiple primary carcinoma.The incidence rate of multiple primary carcinoma was low.Laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma with mantle cell lymphoma has not been reported yet.Early diagnosis and antidiastole is very important for MPC.Pathological examination and immunohistochemistry plays an important role in the diagnosis of multiple primary carcinoma,laryngeal neuroendocrine carcinoma and mantle cell lymphoma.
