摘要

China's central government has put forward major strategic plans that identify forestalling and defusing major risks,alleviating poverty in a targeted manner,and preventing and controlling pollution as the three crucial fronts in our battle to secure a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Our progress on each of these fronts is inevitably linked to the support and assurance provided by the government through public finance.
