摘要

Several years ago, I was lucky to have an opportunity to live in the USAfor two years. I not only enjoyed the beautiful environment there, butalso appreciated the American way of actively protecting theenvironment. Now, whenever the word ＂environmental protection＂ ismentioned, a beautiful view of California will arise in my mind： whiteclouds flying across the blue sky, green grassplots sprinkled withcolorful flowers and small animals playing among the trees.
