The Tz=-3=2;A=4n+3 series nuclide 27P is four neutrons away from the last stable isotope of phosphorus, and is also predicted to be a proton-halo candidate. Its study has attracted special focus on adjacent to the proton drip-line of P isotope nuclides both in theory and experiments, but the final position about the drip line of phosphorus isotope has not yet been confirmed experimentally[1].The proton halo structure has been predicted in proton-rich nuclei of 26−28P by many kinds of theories such as Relativistic Mean Field(RMF)[2;3],shell model[4]and nonrelativistic theoretical model(SHF)[5].26P and 27P are predicted to be proton halos with one and two valence protons[3]by using the RMF,respectively, and these had been confirmed experimentally. However, the proton drip lines nuclei of phosphorus isotope has not been reached consensus up to now.
