In forty years of reform and opening up,China has turned from a rela-tively closed and backward country to a major developing one that is more and more open and integrating into the world.The Chinese nation has witnessed a great leap forward from standup and get rich to go strong.Its opening to the outside world has continued to be synchronized and in mutual promotion with reform.
