摘要

EGFR signal pathway involved in many of cellular physiological and pathological processes including proliferation,apoptosis,angiogenesis,tumorigenesis and other complex processes.EGFR overexpression is associated with poorer prognosis and outcomes in many cancers.EGFR targeted therapy has been widely studied.In this review,we reviewed the mechanism,treatment in cancer and drug resistance for EGFR targeted therapy.
