Sangye Gyatso, a man born in Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, has a fulfilling special affection toward Lhasa, a place where he feels happy, comfortable, and ever mindful. When he was 13, he made his way to the great city, a journey and also pilgrimage that lasted three months. After that first trip, he has come back time and time again, and on April 15, 2014, he was able to open his own restaurant with the help and cooperation of two of his friends. The restaurant was named the "First Class Tibetan House: and it cur re ntly serves Tibetan cuisine in accordance with traditional elements such as Langma and Duixie.
