The fundamental problem of transforming traditional universities into entrepreneurship universities lies in the transformation of teachers. The development of entrepreneurial universities has an important impact on the global higher education system, especially on the role of University teachers. Therefore, the author carries out research on the path of teachers' transformation and the construction of entrepreneurial universities. The study found that the traditional university teacher role has emerged as a new feature. How to realize the transformation of the entrepreneurial university teacher role, ease the identity crisis of the teacher role, and make it better adapt to the professional development and the construction of the entrepreneurial university. An important research topic. In order to realize the transformation of traditional teachers to entrepreneurial teachers, it is necessary to change the employment standards and establish a school-level achievement transformation platform.
