摘要

Since the launch of the reform and opening up program in 1978,China has made remarkable progress in coordinating urban and rural development and promoting a new type of urbanization.In April 2019,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Guidelines on Establishing Sound Systems,Mechanisms,and Policies for Integrated Urban-Rural Development,which lays out top-level design and draws up a new vision for promoting integrated urban-rural development.
