Finland,as a developed Nordic economy,is in the forefront of the OECD countries in its educational development level.The goal of vocational education is to cultivate students'sound personality,to cultivate good social citizens,and to provide students with the knowledge and skills they need for further study,the development of their personal interests and the development of their personality,so as to enhance their ability of lifelong learning.The reform of Vocational Education in China should draw lessons from its advanced concepts and practices,highlight the integration of technical education with scientific research and production,and introduce engineering projects into teaching so that students can improve their ability to solve practical problems through project learning.It is necessary for China to strengthen the construction of quality assessment institutions for vocational education,establish a quality assessment mechanism for multi-party governance,and strengthen the quality-oriented assessment of outputoriented vocational education.The results of evaluation should focus on descriptive judgment.A systematic analysis of the current vocational education and training system in Finland is expected to provide reference for the development and reform of vocational education in China and the cultivation of skilled talents.
